This tool sends your file to an AI service. Unlike every other tool on this site, conversion happens on a server, not in your browser: the file you upload is passed to the Anthropic API to read the events out of it. Do not upload anything confidential. Nothing is stored on our servers — only a count of how many conversions you have run.

What You Can Upload

Supported Inputs

  • •Images: photos of posters and tickets, screenshots of chats and booking pages
  • •PDFs: flight itineraries, hotel confirmations, conference programmes, class timetables
  • •Text and spreadsheets: emails, notes, CSV, Excel — anything with dates in it

How It Handles Dates

  • •Relative dates: “next Tuesday” and “tomorrow” resolve against today's date
  • •Time zones: taken from the source, or inferred from a stated city or airport
  • •Flagged guesses: anything inferred rather than stated is marked low confidence for you to check

Why This Tool Has a Limit

Every other tool on this site runs entirely in your browser, costs nothing to operate, and is unlimited. This one calls a paid AI service, so it is capped at a small number of conversions per visitor each month. The cap keeps the tool free and running rather than switching it off when a bill arrives.

Where Your File Goes

The file you upload is sent to the Anthropic API so the events can be read out of it, and is discarded once the response comes back. It is not written to disk or kept in a database here. Only two things are recorded: how many conversions you have run this month, and the number of events extracted. Please do not upload confidential material — and for files you would rather keep local, the CSV, Excel, and text converters never leave your device.
