Questions
What counts as a calendar event?
One VEVENT in a file you convert, view, edit, merge, or split. Converting a file with 40 appointments uses 40 of your monthly allowance. Opening a tool, or running one without processing a file, costs nothing.
Do I need an account?
No. The tools work straight away, with no sign-up. An account will only be required for Premium once it launches, so that the subscription can follow you between devices.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle.com acts as the merchant of record for every purchase on this site. They handle the payment, the receipt, and any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Your card details never reach us. See our refund policy for cancellations and refunds.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account's billing page once Premium launches, or by emailing icsfile@protonmail.com. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account reverts to the free tier. Nothing is deleted.
Are my files still processed in the browser?
Yes — on every plan, and for every tool except the AI converter, which has to send your file to a model to read it. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what that one tool sends and what we keep.
